Medicine and Surgery from the Civil War
Mercer County Civil War Roundtable
On Tuesday, May 13, 2014, the Mercer County Historical Society presents a program on “Medicine and Surgery from the Civil War.” Much was learned by the medical profession during the Civil War and this will be reflected by this program. This program will be presented by Dr. Robert Dreisbach. The doors open at 6:30 PM; the program starts at 7:00, and should end around 9:00. Please join us.
The Civil War Discussion Group is part of the Historical Society’s ongoing efforts to provide programming related to local history. The roundtable meets on the second Tuesday of each month from September through May. Participation in the discussion group is open to the public and is free.
